@ssammwa from what I understand Common shareholders will receive $24.25 in cash per share.

1. Record the Sale of Shares

Go to your investment account where Nordstrom stock is held.
Enter a Sell transaction for all your JWN shares.
Use the sale price of $24.25 per share, which was the buyout amount.
This will remove the shares and record the cash proceeds.

2. Account for Capital Gains or Losses

Quicken will automatically calculate the gain/loss based on your original purchase price.
Review the Capital Gains report to ensure it reflects the correct tax implications.
