Wells Fargo can't connect

Hi, is there an issue with Wells Fargo? All my other banks and brokerages are updating just fine, but Wells Fargo won't connect. Error message is "Quicken is unable to establish an internet connection". This has been going on for 4-5 days. I've tried resetting the connection, as well as deactivate / activate to no avail.

    A reboot fixed this, sorry about the fire alarm.

    I am not, and have not, been experiencing any issues connecting OSU to Wells Fargo Bank. Can you log onto the web site with a browser?

    RalphC: yes I can logon with a browser

    CaliQkn: error code is OL-297-A

    It might provide a solution or insight for the issue.

    I did just try connecting with my Wells Fargo Bank and Wells Fargo Advisors accounts and had no issues.

    The other thing I would suggest is to call Wells Fargo online services. They are usually pretty good with resolving Quicken issues.
