reconciling credit card accounts.

over the past 3 weeks, I have been unable to reconcile my credit card accounts. I have used this feature for 15 years and haven't had issues. Now, every morning, when the transactions are downloaded for Amex and Visa, the accounts will not reconcile. Even when I make an adjustment. I have to make an adjustment every day. I only add transactions to the account via the downloads. I don't manually add the transactions at point of occurrence.

My guess is that if you compare and reconcile your Quicken register(s) to a paper statement(s), you'll find some missing entries.
