Split transactions not calculating correctly

Hi there,

I use Quicken Classic Deluxe on Windows. I've never had a problem before, but Quicken has stopped splitting my transactions correctly. For instance, if I buy haircare and skincare from the same vendor, I split the transaction so that I know how much I spent per month on haircare vs. skincare.

Unfortunately, splitting no longer calculates and one category (whichever is listed first) is assigned the bulk of the amount. At the end of the month, when I look at my Spending by Category" pie graph, it's incorrect.

I've tried Validating and Repairing. Any issues noted were fixed, but that wasn't one of them. Any other suggestions?
