Cannot send Payment throught PNC Bank (Direct Connect)
As of August 19, 2025, I am unable to send payments through PNC Bank. "Send" Option is no longer available in Quicken. Could someone let me know what happened to the "Send" option?
I am using Quicken R64.19, Build 27.1.64.19 on Windows 11.

Are you sure that your PNC accounts are still connected using Direct Connect?
If you recently had to reauthorize or deactivate/reactivate or reset your account connections, they may no longer be actually using Direct Connect. That means "Send" is no longer available and you will have to setup and use Quicken Bill Manager's Quick Pay or Check Pay or find an alternate method of making payments on time, e.g., by using the biller's website and their Autopay service.0 -
According a Quicken representative the send option has been disabled temporarily with PNC bank with a direct connect.
