Add REIT's as their own Asset Class

Reit's are not stocks or bonds but a combination of the two. It would be really nice and in honor of David Swensen to give them their own Asset Class.

It looks like Quicken is not committed to providing an Asset Class to REIT's. Confusing REIT's with the "OTHER" asset class is annoying as OTHER is usually the left overs in an asset break down for Mutual Funds or ETF's.
REITs are a unique asset class, and because their share prices do not always follow the movements of stocks or bonds, they can be a helpful tool to broaden asset allocation and increase diversification.0
