On the Spending tab, below the pie chart is a list of transactions that match the category in focus in the chart. If you notice something you'd like to change in one of those transactions, you can edit it right there in that transaction list. (Double-click, or Edit transaction from the context menu.)
I've been wondering if it's possible to jump into the Transaction view from a highlighted transaction in the Spending view - to go to the transaction in its overall context in the transaction list. If I'm going to be modifying a transaction, I'd feel more comfortable editing it in the full list, rather than in Spending tab, to see the surrounding transactions that might conceivably shed some light on the selected transaction, before editing it.
I've looked in the context menu (right-click menu) to see if something is there. I found a roundabout way - pick one of the reports (on payee or category), then in the report double-click the transaction to jump to the Transaction register. While that gets you to the right transaction register (in a new window), you'd need to locate the transaction in the list, so this is not exactly what I'm looking for.
If this doesn't exist, I can add it as a requested feature. Not sure I've found the best place to do that, because what I saw looked like posted feature requests get very few votes.
