Security Detail Match

Some how I broke what was previously working fine. I have a 401k with Fidelity that has "custom" funds that do not have a ticker symbols. One in particular, the check box to "Matched with online security" is ghosted and I don't know how to turn it on? I also notice this security doesn't have a CUSIP ID either, if that is a clue. It won't update when I ask to update. For example I change the price per share manually then update and it doesn't.

My next move was to buy or sell a few of this fund at fidelity to get changes and see what happens the following day.

Thanks

Matt

Unfortunately I've run into this issue before. While there are ways to potentially get it to match again, they are all strenuous, and not worth it generally because often matching the fund won't download price history any way. 401k non-ticker funds generally don't make history as available as ticker funds do. But if you want to try and match it still, let me know and I can post more of an explanation later (unless someone else does before then).

The "Matched …" gets set when you match information downloaded from Fidelity to your Quicken data. Is Fidelity reporting to you the number of shares held in that pooled fund and it's prices?

If you go to the account in Quicken and choose the Reconcile Shares option (upper right gear selection), what happens with respect to that fund?
