When I first got the update quicken told me I couldn't do a one-step update because I didn't have a subscription. Logged out and back in and then it worked.

I track my credit card points as stock investments, with a 0.00 price and just now it wiped out all of my buy/sell entries and turned them into an adjustment entry - and cleared all the transaction info. I had to reload a backup and then re-enter the last two days of transactions.

Thankfully I keep my finances in two different accounting programs so I could identify what was missing fairly easily - but come renewal time I'll be thinking long and hard about forking over any $$ for a product that is as ill-maintained as this. In a former life I was an accountant, and these (mine and others) issues would be a death knell for a professional accounting software package.

The issues with having to re-link accounts to perform one-step updates is annoying, but wiping out transactions is (in my opinion) negligent to say the least.
