Quicken Crashes when I try to Update

My current version is R63.21 Build 27.1.63.21

I have tried several times to apply the Update - crashes repeatedly

Start by trying to install the newest update (came out today)

If still crashes, can try in order until it works:

Super Validate

Restore a Backup
