Cant' Connect Walmart OnePay Cash Rewards Synchrony Bank With Quicken

Any idea when the new Walmart credit card issue by Synchrony Bank and managed by OnePay will be added to Quicken?

I'm having the same problem with adding OnePay Walmart to Quicken. It is issued by Synchrony and the URL is: https://id.synchrony.com/idp/en.

Thank you for adding to this discussion. That specific URL is not currently supported. However, you could try using the Synchrony Bank Credit Cards instance in Quicken and see if you can bring it in that way. If that doesn't produce the desired result, you will need to contact the financial institution and tell them you'd like to download your accounts into Quicken.

For a financial institution to support downloads to Quicken and be added to our bank list, a request must be submitted by the institution to our service providers.

As a side note, in the past some users have found success connecting to other "mysynchrony" options. Specifically, the Guitar Center Credit Card instance in Quicken. Here and here are threads where users reported this working.

Basically, my answer will be the same. I can't find that specific URL in the list of financial institutions. You can try using the Synchrony Bank Credit Cards instance in Quicken and see if that works.

Other users have found success connecting to "mysynchrony" options, like the Guitar Center Credit Card instance. Here and here are threads where users reported this working.

If either of these options doesn't work out for you, you will need to contact the financial institution and tell them you'd like to download your accounts into Quicken.

The URL provided to me, over the phone, by Synchrony Bank for the OnePay MasterCard is https://www.synchrony.com/signin. That URL takes me to the sign-in page for my credit card and I can log in successfully using that URL.
As mentioned in previous comments/replies, do I need to contact Synchrony Bank and let them know that they need to send a request to Quicken? And, can you confirm whether or not the URL that I provided is supported by Quicken. BTW, I am using the current version of Quicken for Windows.

Thank you for adding to this discussion and posing this question. I am happy to take a look at that for you.

Upon searching, https://www.synchrony.com/signin does not bring up any results. If I remove "signin" from the end and just search https://www.synchrony.com/, that does bring up Value City Furniture Credit Card as the only option.

You can try connecting to that instance, but ultimately, if that does not work, I would say yes, follow the same recommendations that I posted above.

I was able to add my OnePay CashRewards card to Quicken Classic. For the institution, I used "Amazon.com Store Card - Synchrony" (www.syncbank.com) and my existing login credentials for my Amazon store card. I hope this works for someone else out there.

I think we are just going to have to wait until Synchrony gets around to it. I talked to Synchrony, they said talked to Quicken.

There are a few things in this thread that were given as suggestions or worked for others. Please try those and let us know if you need further assistance.

Customers who have contacted the financial institution did say that they are aware of this and plan to fix it in the future. Ultimately, getting it added to Quicken is the responsibility of the financial institution.

I too want to add the Synchrony Bank Walmart MasterCard. I have contacted Synchrony and got a 'run around'. They do not have a way to downlaod or export transactions currently from this card. I contacted OnePay and they suggest downloading the PDF statement and then using a 3rd party tool to parse the file for the transactions to convert to a QFX format! Ugh! I tried using the alternate Synchrony cards in the list on Quicken, but so far no luck. Please get someone at Quicken to make this happen. Thanks!

Just an FYI, if you have a Lowe’s Consumer Card, I was able to connect my Walmart OnePay using the Lowe’s Consumer Card connector, since I have a Lowe’s credit card.

I noticed that when I last logged in to pay my Lowe’s card, the Walmart OnePay card also showed up. I initially tried using the Guitar Center connector, but that didn’t work for me.

So, Walmart is of course the largest store in the world, so Quicken needs to get on top of this and I hope it's in the works. How will we be notified when Walmart's OnePay Card (backed by Synchrony) is finally supported by Quicken?

@ Quicken Alyssa, you may have misunderstood the previous posters who contacted OnePay. I did also. They did not say that they were working on it. Rather, they said it is up to Quicken. So we seem to be at a stalemate. I have sent a report in via Quicken, though, as you suggested.

I have multiple accounts at Synchrony (6) and have ben going crazy trying to figure out how to make them all work with Quicken. Here is what worked for me. when setting up a new card that I recently got (One pay Walmart Rewards) I used my log in from my Lowes account which I have had for many years and Bingo! All my Synchrony accounts came up and I was able to link them all to existing manual accounts. Hope this helps!

I already had a Synchrony card for Sweetwater and just got OnePay. I ended up using CareCredit as the financial institution and it pulled both cards in

you will need your account number. you might be able to use that login info with one of the financial institutions that have been mentioned here

@Quicken Alyssa , fyi, @aaron's suggestion, while appreciated, doesn't work. First, the link doesn't work and then when I tried to log in for the first time on the Synchrony Bank website, it rejected me.

I also called OnePay customer service again yesterday. Their new script is that they will not allow access from services such as Quicken because of "security concerns."
