Bank Transaction Report will not run

Hello,

I'm a long time quicken classic user (version R64.25) but I cannot get the banking transactions report to run. There is a brief popup display and it disappears never letting me enter parameters.

Any suggestions to fix this? All the other Banking report will run but not transactions.

    I am not experiencing this issue. A banking transation report runs as expected. If you continue to experience this, I would uninstall and reinstall the Quicken program with the latest mondo patch.

    OK, I'm still getting the problem. I did the uninstall and reinstall but I still have the same problem.

    It's really weird that all the other banking reports run but not this one. Again I get a brief message popup about searching transactions but it disapears quickly and no report is displayed.

    Please see if you can capture this message popup into a file, to include into this discussion.

    To capture the image press Win key + PrtScrn.

    Doing so will take a screenshot of the current screen including popups and save it to a file; in most cases, you'll see the screen dim briefly as the picture is taken. You'll find the screenshot in your \Pictures\Screenshots folder. Each screenshot that you take will be consecutively labeled "Screenshot (number)" to correspond with the order in which the screenshots were taken.
    Edit the captured image to crop, i.e., select only the important portion, cutting off or masking private information.

    BTW, have you validated and supervalidated your current Quicken data file?
