Incorrect one step update for Capital One 360 new account
Opened a new CD at CapitalOne 360 and one step update incorrectly downloaded all the interest payments from a previously matured and closed CD to the new CD. It should have only downloaded the initial deposit. Deleted the account in Quicken and set it up manually. Then setup transaction download, selecting Capital One Credit Card as the "bank" instead of Capital One 360. This time one step update worked correctly. My other accounts at CapOne 360 download as expected. So the work-around was successful, but something is wrong with One Step update at Capital One.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience — it may be helpful for others encountering similar issues.
What you described isn’t the expected behavior, and it's difficult to pinpoint exactly what may have caused it. That said, I’m glad to hear you were able to get it resolved.
Thanks again for following up!
