Target Circle Card has stopped downloading recent transactions

I m using Windows 11 24H2, Quicken Classic Premier R64.29 Build 27.1.64.29.

Some time ago Targets Credit Card stopped downloading. Some time later it started downloading again, but every time it required a second tier confirmation via email, but it worked. Now suddenly, dowloading says it was successful, but I noticed that a recent transaction was not downloaded.

I went online checked my account which is now TARGET CIRCLE CARD, and the transaction from 9/12/2025 was shown on the Target Circle Card web site correctly.

I tried deactivating the credit card account, exiting Quicken, waiting a day, then reopening Quicken and reactivating with my username and password. The reactivation said it had successfully downloaded all transactions, but the 9/12.2025 transaction still wasn't downloaded.

I exited Quicken, reentered Quicken and tried updating with the same result.

NOTE The account is set up with TARGET NATIONAL BANK. Has this changed?

Please review and update me on the situation and/or actions I can take.

    Target National Bank is correct. My transactions only download after the monthly billing cycle ends.

    Ditto the solution. I had to reconnect from Target Circle Card to Target National Bank, and then things started working again for me.
