Schwab EWC+ Some Missing Values prior to July 1, 2025. Cannot download historical prices.

In Holdings, from July 1, 2025 on, I see price quotes for all funds, but prior to July 1, some of the funds have blank values, which cannot be manually added either while in Holdings nor via the Security Listing, where clicking "new" and adding a closing price and date does not save or update no matter how many times I try. Clicking to download historical prices does not update any of the missing values either.

You should also know that in Holdings, each of the blank value fields shows a little timer icon in it that displays "Last updated: never" when I hover over it. The number of shares is correct for all funds on all dates, but where no values are available prior to July 1, 2025, those funds have a $0 value. This means the account balance in Quicken does not match the correct balance shown at Schwab, on every day prior to July 1, 2025.

Here are funds that are missing prices prior to July 1, 2025:

These funds show values July 1 forward, so we know they are identified correctly in the Quicken.

And, yes, like other users, I have many times deactivated and removed Quicken as a 3rd party at Schwab and then added the accounts back using Add Account and reauthorizing, but prices for the funds listed above prior to July 1, 2025 never update, nor can I manually update them either in Holdings or in the Security Listing.

Do you know why the blank price fields are locked to editing, and is there a fix? In some cases where a value is wrong, I have abilty to correct it, but where the value is blank with the little timer icon, I am locked out. Is there perhaps a special combination of keystrokes I can use to enable editing so I can at least get month end values entered for the past year or two until downloading historical pricing starts working again and I can get accurate net worth reports over time?

You might find it helpful to know that all values were available per the net worth report printed July 7, 2025. The net worth report printed August 7, 2025 showed balances lower than expected due blank fund values, so whatever went wrong happened in this 30-day window.

When I update the portfolio accounts, the dollar amount reported by Schwab and the dollar amount reported in Quicken do not match by several thousand dollars. Anyone else have this problem? I have contacted Quicken and Schwab. Each provider says the problem results from the other provider. Help, please.
