Thanks for telling us about  this issue — I know how frustrating it can be when OSU fails and you see the CC-501 error.

I checked on our end, and the last connection attempt for your Candence Bank account appeared successful. Are you still seeing the CC-501 error when trying to connect?

The CC-501 error occurs when Quicken is blocked from accessing your account, usually due to an issue on the bank’s side. These errors are typically temporary.

Please review this support article for more information. If the error continues, then as stated in the article, contact Quicken Support so they can review your logs and help resolve the issue.

This morning my OSU for Candence Bank was successful. My Fidelity Investments OSU failed….. OSU seems very unstable in the past few days.

You are correct, we have had some issues with the One Step Update today and yesterday. We do have a Known Issue posted for it, but currently, it seems to be recovering.

Happy to hear that you were able to successfully update Cadence Bank.
