Have the Budget tool as a breakaway window

To many times I'm working on my budget, stumble on an inconsistency and need to go to my account register to correct it and then come back to the budget,which usually defaults back to the opening setting , then I have to find the area I was working in again. I think it would be great if the budget tool opened in a separate window so I can move it to an extended screen and work in both windows at the same time. JMHO
