On-line billers

After the last update many of my linked on-line billers have gone away. When I try to relink them they do not show up in the list. Some of the big ones are AT&T Uverse, Metropolitan Sewer district, and Spire Gas. Will these be added back in any time soon.

Quicken says: The new bill provider currently supports a more limited set of billers compared to the previous system. We are actively working with our service provider to expand the list over time.

They almost never give timelines. Due to the MANY problems in the Billers switch over, I would guess it will be a slow progress.

That is what I was afraid of. This update is very problematic for me.

Until the situation improves, please consider this alternative

This is not an improvement. Most of the online connection types are degraded. A significant number of previously available billers are not available. Comcast/Xfinity is not available. Verizon does not connect (ever). Pennsylvania American Water, gone. We pay a subscription now so why isn't Quicken able to improve, not degrade key features?

What about financial securities? They all have a unique CUSPID but Quicken does not allow it to be used to verify the correct security. So many simple fixes. I've been a customer for 35 years and starting to look for an alternative for the first time.
