Quicken updating with incorrect stock quotes

During the last 3 days my version of Quicken Business and Personal R64.30 (Build: 27.1.64.30), on Windows 11, is updating with incorrect stock quotes. I update 2 hours before the market opens, and I'm getting wholesale incorrect quotes for all stocks. I should be seeing the day's prior closing values for these stocks. Some samples - AMZN, COST, KR, XOM. I have real-time quotes turned off. This behavior started 3 days ago. Reporting now, because the problem has not cleared up. I've made no changes to my Quicken settings. I've been using Quicken for 28 years, so I'm not reporting this as a newbie. Thank you for any help in getting this resolved. —Michael Bishop, 10/2/2025

Update: This morning (10/3/2025) before market open, I did Quicken OSU in Windows 11. This time I only downloaded quotes - not the transactions and balances from my brokerage firms. All the stock and mutual fund data was incorrect. I had to manually enter every single stock and mutual fund closing price into Quicken to get the correct final balance on my accounts. I used Yahoo Finance as the source for the previous day's closing data. After I was done I had a Quicken balance that matched Schwab and Fidelity where I have my holdings. Here's what I suspect is going on: Somehow, Quicken is only picking up pre-market and futures data. Pre-market and futures is like a disease for the ordinary individual investor who just wants to see how they did on the previous trading day. Schwab is also highly infected with the pre-market/futures disease as well, but there is a way to get around it - in order to see closing data from the previous trading day. I certainly hope someone at Quicken will fix this issue. It takes me an hour to properly update my accounts using Quicken now. A very cumbersome and manual process. Sigh.

Update: This morning (10/4/2025) I was hoping on Saturday morning I would get good closing quotes on stocks and mutual funds, since the futures and pre-markets are not active. But alas, all the quotes were wrong - and I'm not sure where these bad quotes are coming from. I have accounts with Schwab and Fidelity - and not one quote imported into Quicken Classic (Windows 11) represented a closing price. I manually updated Qucken for each closing price for every equity I own, and after 30 minutes of doing this, I was able to get Quicken to balance with Schwab and Fidelity. I suppose I'm the only remaining person on planet Earth who cares about closing data - so I'll suffer through this by doing things manually for awhile longer. I have not made any changes to my Quicken settings - so I don't think this issue has anything to do with how I use Quicken. If anyone has an idea on how to fix this problem, I'm all ears. Thank you.

Update 10/10/2025: I checked again to make sure my Quicken Business and Personal (Windows 11) is up to date. I also checked that I have real time quotes turned off, and that each stock and mutual fund in the Security List has the setting, "Ignore prices from broker download" turned on. This morning I did the usual OSU two hours before market open. All the prices quoted for my stocks and mutual funds were wrong. This is so absurd. Once again, I was forced to update each stock and mutual fund manually with closing prices from the previous trading day - in order to get a balance that matched Fidelity and Schwab. I'm just about to give up on Quicken. It's starting to be pretty useless program in my view. Anyone have an idea of what I should try next? So frustrating. Thank you.
