Track expiration of promotional interest rates

It would be great if you could set when promotional interest rates expire, like from balance transfers or whatever. Currently there doesn't seem to be a way to do this either in the setup or in the Debt Planner, where it would also be useful. Knowing when your interest rate is going to spike back up would aid greatly in planning.
