Quicken Classic Business and Personal R64.30 "About Quicken" shows incorrect subscription info

Quicken Classic Business and Personal just updated to R64.30

Within the Quicken app, Help→About Quicken shows that my subscription expired in April 2025, but in actuality my subscription was renewed in April 2025 … and I HAVE been receiving regular updates since.

I don't know when the "About Quicken" subscription information first became incorrect. It could have been months ago. I don't normally check "About Quicken", but I happened to need the revision number for another issue, and I noticed the incorrect subscription info.

I checked my account subscription information at quicken.com, and it shows that I have an active subscription that renews next in April 2026.

How can this be corrected?

    The Help → Refresh Sign in worked. "About Quicken" has been updated with the correct subscription info.
