Citi investment not working again
For the last week I have been unable to connect to the Citi investment account. When I try to reset the account I get an error "Account reset failed". This has been going on for about a week already. Last time this happened it took several months till it was fixed :(

Thank you for sharing your experience, and I am happy to help!
After reviewing your account internally, I can see that you are getting an FDP-155 error when trying to connect to Citibank Investments.
This error message will be presented when the financial institution is blocking access to their servers, preventing Quicken from retrieving data to download to your file. Please check out this Support Article for the FDP-155 error.
I can confirm that this is currently not a known issue, so we don't have any Community Alerts up for it. You will need to reach out to Citibank. We suggest asking to speak with someone in online banking.
