Unable to Add Gemini Credit Card
Hi Quicken Team - I was anxiously awaiting the functionality to link my Gemini credit card account to Quicken so I could start tracking the balance. (This is one of my main credit cards) - I saw that the Gemini connection is now available and just attempted to link my account.
I was able to connect, but Quicken is only picking up my crypto investment account balance; I am unable to see anything related to my Gemini credit card or its balance. I was hoping someone from the Quicken team would be able to look into this and troubleshoot.
Here is a link to someone else who posted this same exact issue. It's the same exact issues they are having. Please help.
I tried both options for Gemini, and the first option worked, but the second option keeps having this issue.
Also, Quicken seems unable to track BTC prices too, so all the data in imported from Gemini for my BTC balances shows a value of $0.

Thank you for reaching out with your question — I know how frustrating it can be when an account doesn’t connect as expected.
After checking internally, it appears that the only account information currently being sent to Quicken from Gemini is for the crypto account.
Please contact Quicken Support directly so they can take a closer look and, if necessary, process an escalation to the appropriate team.
