Fidelity HSA Missing Transactions

I am having a similar problem which has just occurred (September 23 downloads were fine). Now, quicken looks like it's downloading the transactions. It goes through the normal pauses, refreshes, etc. associated with the download process. However, nothing appears in the list of transactions to accept. The OneStep update summary, it says that portfolio totals are correct, but reports 0 transactions downloaded. There have been many transactions since my last update on September 23rd.
I do not believe my accounts are messed up as others have reported.
Is there guidance on how to proceed? I do not want to manually enter all of the transactions if I can avoid it.

I am having the same issue. Withdrawal transactions are not downloading to my Fidelity HSA. I am not tracking the Cash as a fund but as a cash balance.

It sounds like you are both experiencing missing transactions. To resolve this, please take a look at this Support Article and follow the steps therein.
As stated at the bottom of the article, if the issue isn't resolved and this is not a one-time event, please reach out to Quicken Support directly for further assistance, as this could require further investigation and possibly escalation.
