Investment Account not showing up in Transfer List

I created a 529 Account as an Investment Account. I fund it with cash payments from another investment account. When I create the payment to the 529 account, the 529 Investment Account is not listed in the Transfers list of accounts. Why not? How do I fix this?

    Does that 529 account have a linked cash account? (Same account name, but with a -Cash suffix, listed among your banking account registers)

    If so, your transfers need to designate the …-Cash account as the Transfer-To account name.
