I cannot seem to download transactions for my Beall's Comenity account.

Question

I have tried connecting with Comenity Bank that holds my Beall's Florida credit card. I tried using the chat and the gentleman suggested I contact Comenity and ask for the Online Service Specialist. Unfortunately, the specialist has no idea what I mean by "download transactions" and told me to download my statement from the website. They haven't heard of Quickbooks. Please help. I need to pay this credit card and I use Quickbooks to remind me when bills are due.

As far as help with downloading transactions is concerned, you may want to log on to the credit card's website and look for their Download Transactions section. In there you should find instructions on how to download a Quickbooks-compatible file, either a QBO or QFX file format, and how to select a Date Range or all transactions for a month.

After downloading this file to your PC try importing it into Quickbooks.
