How do I eliminate recurring popup, "Is this transaction a payment of taxes for tax year 2024"?

I'm running Quicken Classic Deluxe on a Windows 11 platform. I set up categories over a year ago to track self employment expenditures. Each time I enter tax information when paying estimated taxes, I get a popup questioning, "Is this transaction a payment of taxes for tax year 2024". I was originally thinking this might stop a few months into 2025. That is not the case. It's now October 2025 and I'm still getting the same popup.

I'm not sure what started it but I'd like to find a way to stop this inquiry when making tax entries.

Not a big deal. Just curious to understand how this popup is controlled.

If one files an extension for 2024 taxes they have to October 15 to pay the tax. It is a legitimate question
