All Fidelity accounts require reauthorizing in Quicken in order to download transactions again. I did that, but after authenticating on the webpage and back to Quicken, Quicken crashes.
I'm running R.64.30, build 27.1.64.30.
Hello @Pong Ching,
Thank you for sharing your experience, and I am happy to help. Quicken crashing can definitely be confusing and frustrating to deal with.
When Quicken crashes, are you receiving a BugSplat report? Or is Quicken just closing with no problem report after?
Please save a backup, and then take a look at this Support Article for Quicken crashing. Follow the steps therein and let us know how it goes!
Thank you!
I, too, updated Fidelity accounts and I'm crashing as well. I can't even launch the application. It crashes right from the start and produces the bug error report for uploading to Quicken. I've begun having this problem yesterday morning. I called Quicken support and was able to restart Quicken from a backed up file. I proceeded to perform a one step update to get things current. Went through Fidelity reauthorization again. Seemed like all worked. Later this afternoon, another crash. Can't raise anything. On with Support again. Been over an hour. This is very bad.

Problem resolved. Support was great and send a patch. I also had to refresh a file from about a month ago. Seems as though, there might have been some corruption within my data file.
