bank of america download failures

I went through the deactivate and reactivate process for all of my boa accounts. Am now using express web connect which i understand is what i should be using…and am still get "unable to verify the financial institution info for this download" Why? What's the solution?

    This "unable to verify …" is what happens when you continue to try to download a QFX file from BofA, even after setting up your BofA accounts with Express Web Connect.

    BofA has instructed Quicken and Intuit as the service provider to disable QFX file imports.

    You need to run One Step Update or, for BofA accounts alone, run "Update Now" from one of the BofA registers.
