creating report Mac

I am trying to create a report on my year to date spending with my cell phone. (Verizon) How in the world do you do this?? 3-4 years ago I was doing it regularly and I can't remember how I did it!!

Easiest way is to find Verizon in your register, right click on it and select Report on Verizon (payee) from the dropdown. Or go to the Reports tab, pick the transaction report and select Verizon as your payee or cell phone (or whatever you used) as the category. Both should allow you to save the report for future use.
