Osaic accounts connect but no amounts
I have two Osaic accounts that I have been able to connect to with Quicken, but the actual balances for those accounts do not download. The names are correct, but the balances show zero amounts.
Does anyone have a solution? Thank you.

Thank you for sharing your experience and posing this question.
Upon checking, it appears Osaic uses the Direct Connect connection method in Quicken. Direct Connect uses the financial institution's servers to transmit your data to and from Quicken. Unfortunately, this does mean we have limited visibility into what could be causing this issue, as we do not have access to their servers.
I would suggest you first contact Osaic, ask to speak with someone in the online banking department, and see if they can help you come to a resolution on this. If you are unable to get anywhere with the financial institution, contact Quicken Support directly. They may be able to help by escalating it from our end.
