Merrill Lynch not reporting Value properly
I have been seeing an issue with Merrill Lynch downloaded info and the resutling calculations.
I like the answer, but it is incorrect..the value on my CDs are 100 times more! Why?
For CDs, on the website Merrill reports:
Quantity5,000Price$100.01Value$5,025.12
Upon download Quicken reports:
Price Shares Market Value
100.011 5000 500,055
Granted, it is simple math, but sometimes Quicken reports the correct balance (i.e., not multiplied by 100). Sometime it doesn't.
I recall seeing a discussion about tihs in the Community.
How can I fix this?
Thanks.

Hello @tfhoughton,
Thank you for sharing your experience.
I think we need to take a look at your log files in order to determine the root cause of this issue. How we proceed will be dependent on what we find there.
Please contact Quicken Support directly so they can look at those log files for you. In preparation for your call/chat, you can go to Help>Report a problem>Send to Quicken to send the logs to us. Additionally, any screenshots you can gather of this issue will be helpful to have as well.
Thank you!
Quicken Alyssa
