I have been a Quicken customer for over thirty years. I am using the subscription-based, current version of Quicken for Windows as well as on my iPhone. My problems started sometime in mid-September 2025. I am no longer able to download any transactions from Bank of America either from the bank's website or by using Quicken one step update. I contacted support for help on several occasions. They rebuilt my account and went through hours of trying different remedies, all producing no results. I now can no longer add any bank accounts or do any downloads from bank account websites or through Quicken. At this point, Quicken becomes USELESS to me. My issue was escalated in early October. Each time I call, I get “ They are working on it” nothing more. As I browse the message boards I find that I am not alone. The same scenario is repeated over and over again with different financial institutions. What is going on at Quicken? Why don't we get any answers? It seems like Quicken has become an antiquated platform in today's financial world. I have loved using Quicken over the years, but if these issues can't be resolved, Quicken becomes useless as a financial tool.
