how do if fix this credit card problem

Starting around Oct 2, my Bank of America credit cards started downloading to the wrong accounts. Card #1 transactions are going to card #2 and vice versa

I could duplicate this by selecting the wrong account when activating. I would try deactivating both cards and reactivating them paying particular attention to which account the transactions are to go.
