Frequent Matching Security dialog

It seems whenever I get a transaction with Fidelity money market fund FIGXX, I get questioned about the security at least twice, ping-ponging between two CUSIPs. I have this fund in my 401(k) and my Roth IRA.

Interestingly both accounts show an empty download window (not sure if it's related):

Yet another thing slowing me down when using Quicken. I filed a problem report.
