Entering new security purchased doesn't show in portfolio view

Question

A new security just purchased in my Schwab IRA account today; symbol AGG: ishares Core us Aggregate bond etf.  I entered it properly. It shows in my register of transactions but does not show up in my portfolio view. It is not marked as "hidden" in securities list. This has never happened before. Is there a way to correct this? I appreciate any help with this.

Check your customization settings for that specific view and make sure the new security is included in the selected securities.

Check the security type and be sure it is  not set to index.
