We are managing our budget from two computers and they both keep locking up when trying to update.

Question

This is has been a problem in the past with just on computer but now it has become a weekly occurrence. How do we stop this from happening? How do I get the computer to update now?

If that is not what you are seeing, please provide more information.

* Are you saying that you are syncing one file between two computers?
* If so, by what means are you accomplishing this?
* Are you using Quicken on the Web on the second computer?
* Where is your file located?
* Is your file being synced/ backed up by any third-party services like OneDrive, Dropbox, or Carbonite?
