I've been having the same issue with Fidelity (not billpay though). It started about a week ago. 7 or 8 other accounts update properly at the same time but Fidelity fails. Called Fidelity and we were able to test build a new account so it's not Fidelity, I guess maybe corruption in the Quicken file. The test build did, however, result in a doubling of the values of the accounts, which would be really cool if it were real. :-) Fidelity said that they were aware of "that" issue with Quicken, but didn't lead on as to who owned the issue. Oh boy. Of course Quicken is closed on Saturday to phone calls so I came here looking for a chat button (or an answer). I know this isn't Truist but I thought that maybe it would help to know that you're not alone. :-(

    Hello @RJMII,

Thank you for sharing your experience.

Are you getting an OL-301 error with Fidelity? If so, please check for hidden accounts that could be causing this issue.

Fidelity now uses the Express Web Connect + connection method, and the OL-301 error is a Direct Connect error. So I am not sure how this could be happening, unless you possibly still have some old/hidden accounts connected.

If you do find old/hidden accounts, please make sure they are disconnected. Try updating your accounts again. Does the error still occur?

    Looking forward to your response.
