Fidelity NetBenefits not downloading Complete - Positions and Transactions.

I had several fund sell transactions in my 401k/457b account today download as simple cash withdrawals from the account. This resulted in placeholder entries that I had to complete manually by entering all the share amounts / prices. I have the Complete option checked for the account download. Will the Complete download ever happen? :(

    Thank you for sharing your experience.

    The Complete option you mentioned allows you to see transactions for the account. So it sounds like that portion is happening. The problem is how these transactions are coming in.

    After reviewing your connections internally, it appears you are connecting to the Fidelity Investments instance. You must be using that to bring in your Fidelity NetBenefits account. Is that correct? From what I am understanding, you are saying your Sell transactions are coming in as Withdrawals, and that is causing placeholders. Did this happen only once, or is it recurring?
