Monthly-every-6-mos incorrectly Converted to Twice a Year

When I put in a reminder for every 6 months, Quicken eventually converts it to twice a year and picks two random dates. I just spent the morning fixing six reminders that had been converted from every 6 months since X/15 to twice a year on November 30. Can it just stay Monthly every 6 months? There is no benefit to the conversion, and it is wrong more often than not.

    I know that "Twice a Year" frequency is flaky, assuming some hardcoded intervals similar to tax payment due dates, but I have never seen one of my reminders being changed from Monthly every 6 mos. to Twice a Year or something else.

    Are you syncing your Quicken data file from the PC to the cloud?
    And, if you do, are you actually using the Quicken on the Web browser-based app or Quicken Mobile on your smartphone?
