Memorized Payee Categories not being populated in Register

Entering a Memorized Payee used to bring along the Category into the register transaction. It has stopped doing that, so I have to manually enter the Category every time. Can this be submitted as a Bug?

    What are your settings in Edit / Preferences / Data Entry and Quickfill?

    The yellow marked settings should be enabled. All others are at your discretion.
