How can I get my Fidelity Accounts to display the transactions register?

A few days ago my Fidelity accounts started displaying the security list, portfolio by security graph, top movers, and value of time panels instead of the transactions list, and I cannot find a way to display the transaction list.

How can I replace these four panels with the transaction list in the display?

    Hello @robert W,

    Thank you for posing this question.

    It sounds like you are viewing this account with Simple tracking, rather than Complete/Detailed tracking. Sometimes, Simple tracking is all that is offered for certain financial institutions, connection types, or account types.

    To check this:

    1. Go to Tools.
    2. Select Account List. Screenshot 2025-11-06 at 8.30.11 AM.png
    3. Click the Edit button next to the account in question.
    4. In the General tab, check to see if Simple or Complete is selected. Screenshot 2025-11-06 at 8.31.11 AM.png
    5. If you have Complete as an option, select it.

    Thank you. That worked.

    Is there a reason Quicken changed it to simple to complete? I have been using Quicken for decades and it never did this before.

    Thank you for following up and letting us know the recommended steps resolved the issue.

    As far as the reason for this happening, I can't be certain. If it had happened when first connecting the accounts, I would have thought Simple tracking was just the default, or it had been selected by mistake during the setup process. But for the account to already be connected and suddenly switch to Simple tracking seems strange, and is not the expected behavior.

    Going forward, it should stay on Complete tracking, unless you change it. If you have any further issues, don't hesitate to reach out.
