I am having the same issues.

I even tried to download the transactions from the Everbank website and I get the message that "Quicken is currently unable to verify the financial institution information for this download. Please try again later".

Of late, during OSU, I am taken straight to the window to enter the OTP from Everbank, but I don't get asked where to send the code, so no code is actually sent by Everbank to either text or email. Is this related to other connection issues? I was last able to successfully download transactions from Everbank on November 7.

    Hello @khg & @robert W,

Thank you both for adding to the discussion.

I went ahead and split you off into a new Windows-related thread. I also checked both of your connections internally, and I can confirm that you are both getting an FDP-101 error. This error occurs when Quicken is unable to connect to the bank to receive transaction information.

Please review this Support Article for FDP-101. If you are still experiencing this error, it has been more than 24 hours, and you can contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance. They will be able to gather more information and process an escalation if needed.

    Hope this helps!
