Online payee list not linking with bill pay

When I choose a payee in my 'online payee list' and double click it to open up bill pay nothing happens. Double clicking does nothing. Any ideas how to correct this? I have shutdown and rebooted computer, as well as closing the program and restarting. Nothing changes it. According to updates I am current. Windows 11 user.

    What bank are you using to make Online Bill Pay payments?

    Have there been any recent changes announced by your bank and required you to reconnect or reauthorize your account(s)?
