I tried multiple times today to add a new Citibank Mastercard to an existing account (a second card to the existing one). It starts down the process, by asking me to login to Citibank. I log in and I get a screen from Citi saying: Incomplete Registration Your new Citi® credit card registration process is incomplete. Please sign on to Citibank Online to complete the registration. Okay, so I sign on to Citibank successfully and poof nothing happens. I click on Quicken and it is still displaying the "Opening your browser…" popup window, and waiting, and waiting…. Any idea how to resolve this? Anyway, I went back to Quicken and added the new card and entered all the transactions manually until I can convince Quicken to add the card and synchronize with it. BY THE WAY, this is not supposed to happen at all. I had previously clicked the boxes to authorize Quicken to synchronize with the first Citi card and any NEW cards that I added later. Obviously, this feature is NOT working. Quicken support, please note!!
