Window Size and Move

I've been trying to use the Window Size and Move option more, but it is a bit awkward to use. It would be nice if it defaulted to putting the main window to the left and tiled two windows vertically on the right. Also, on my Mac, it does not resize to fit the space on the screen, so all windows are overlapping by default. Including a simpler way to choose and switch which windows are displayed would be awesome.
