Mobile App - Can you bring back Payee proposal by GPS location.

Back when I first started using the Mobile Quicken app, we used to get presented with a proposal of the Payee based on our GPS location. This was a great feature when frequented a new place. I miss it, I presume it has been removed as I can't find that as a preference. Any chance that it will come back.
