Bill payment not working

I am trying to send payment with Check Pay (I gave up on Quick Pay after the latest release). Starting today I get the following message for all check pay payments:

"Could not initiate payment. Additional information: Parameter funding account must be specified for this request (Code:QCS-0400-6).

I have been paying bills with Quicken for 20 years…on windows 11 Pro. I have deleted and setup the vendors-that doesn't help. I've validated and supervalidete-that doesn't help. I've called the "premier" customer service line multiple times and the call drops every time once I get through the phone tree.

Please help me resolve this issue so I can pay bills again.

    See

Something's SNAFU with the Check Pay processing.
Until this problem is resolved, I recommend that you write and mail (or print with Quicken from your computer) a paper check, making sure that you mail early enough for payment to arrive at the biller on or before Due Date.

Alternatively, logon to your biller's website and, using their Autopay service, make a one-time payment, to be deducted from your checking account or a credit card on or before Due Date.

Has there been any progress on this issue? I just tried to use check pay, and it told me that I did not have a validated account. I am in the process of revaluating the account, but this will take several days.
