Bill Reminders getting overwritten after last update

My bill reminders are constantly being overwritten each time I delete them, including after a recent Quicken update. These are replicative reminders that are no longer needed. Please advise.

    I have some follow-up questions for you.

    • How long has this issue been happening?
    • Are you using Quicken for Mobile or Web?
    • Where is your data file located?
    • Is your file being synced/backed up by any third-party services like OneDrive, Carbonite, or Dropbox?
    • How are you opening Quicken?
      • Are you using the red square application icon, or an icon that looks like a red sheet of paper with a folded corner?

    Something is writing the data back to the data file. Do you have Mobile & Web enabled?
