Bill Reminders getting overwritten after last update

My bill reminders are constantly being overwritten each time I delete them, including after a recent Quicken update. These are replicative reminders that are no longer needed. Please advise.

How long has this issue been happening?
Are you using Quicken for Mobile or Web?
Where is your data file located?
Is your file being synced/backed up by any third-party services like OneDrive, Carbonite, or Dropbox?
How are you opening Quicken?
- Are you using the red square application icon, or an icon that looks like a red sheet of paper with a folded corner?
