Nordstrom VISA card
I have been unable to download Nordstrom VISA card data after 11/09/2025. Please advise.

Can you provide more information as to what you are seeing happen from your end? Has Nordstrom recently changed their security requirements? On my side, it looks like you are failing multi-factor authentication prompts. Are you getting the prompt on your end?
If so, this is a CC-587 error. Please review this Support Article and apply the steps therein.

I can't remember the last time I was able to download transactions from Nordstrom Visa. I tried to reset the account and Quicken deleted the online services info. So now I've been trying to setup the account again with absolutely no luck.
Today I received an error message I've never seen before, but indicating it's a Quicken problem. When do you think this will be resolved? Can we get it escalated? No ETA is not a helpful answer.

Nordstrom Card no longer will download transactions when I update my accounts. The issues with this card and Quicken have been going on for more than one year. First no downloads, then incorrect downloads )charges were posted as credits and vice a versa). Now it just won't download even with two factor authentication. Where does the problem lie with Nordstrom or Quicken?

My Nordstrom card has not work with Quicken since November 2024. I have followed the threads and tried the suggestions but the connection is either non existent or terrible. When it works, downloads are incomplete, charges show as payments, and more recently 2 factor authentication is constantly required. Today I spoke with Nordstrom and they said the problem is on Quicken's end.

After checking your connections internally, I can see that you are getting an FDP-101 error in Quicken for Mac. This error occurs when Quicken is unable to connect to the bank to receive transaction information. Please check out this Support Article.
After reviewing your connections internally, it appears you are also receiving and FDP-101/CC-501 in Quicken for Windows. When Quicken is unable to connect to your bank account for recent transaction information, you’ll receive a message with these errors in the program. Please check out this Support Article that goes over this error.
If either of you receives this error for more than 24 hours, please contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance. They will be able to process an escalation if needed.

I checked your connections internally, and I was unable to see any connection attempts you have made to Nordstrom. Have you been able to connect? If not, are you seeing any errors on your end? If you were able to connect, are you using QFX files and importing the transactions?

@Quicken Alyssa It has been over a year since the Quicken/Nordstrom connection has worked for me. I reconnected online services every couple of months to see if the problems were fixed, but they were not. Last week I started importing .qfx files.
This is what my "online services" tab currently looks like, even though transactions do not automatically download. The "improved connection method" is worse, in that a text code is required for every update, most transactions do not download anyway, and those that do show charges as payments.
