I have been unable to download Nordstrom VISA card data after 11/09/2025. Please advise.

    Thank you for sharing your experience, and I am happy ot help.

    Can you provide more information as to what you are seeing happen from your end? Has Nordstrom recently changed their security requirements? On my side, it looks like you are failing multi-factor authentication prompts. Are you getting the prompt on your end?

    If so, this is a CC-587 error. Please review this Support Article and apply the steps therein.

    I can't remember the last time I was able to download transactions from Nordstrom Visa. I tried to reset the account and Quicken deleted the online services info. So now I've been trying to setup the account again with absolutely no luck.

    Today I received an error message I've never seen before, but indicating it's a Quicken problem. When do you think this will be resolved? Can we get it escalated? No ETA is not a helpful answer.

    Nordstrom Card no longer will download transactions when I update my accounts. The issues with this card and Quicken have been going on for more than one year. First no downloads, then incorrect downloads )charges were posted as credits and vice a versa). Now it just won't download even with two factor authentication. Where does the problem lie with Nordstrom or Quicken?

    My Nordstrom card has not work with Quicken since November 2024. I have followed the threads and tried the suggestions but the connection is either non existent or terrible. When it works, downloads are incomplete, charges show as payments, and more recently 2 factor authentication is constantly required. Today I spoke with Nordstrom and they said the problem is on Quicken's end.
